Hello cuties,
It has been 2 weeks since I came back from London. I have never thought that I am gonna miss London this much. I fell in love with this city unconsciously. I missed the shops especially which don't have any branches in Turkey like Paperchase and Cath Kidston. And Accessories I guess because even they have branches here in Istanbul, shops in London were quite good and have more bags, necklaces, wallets, rings etc. Anyway, so I decided to write about shopping -like my other writings :P- I will talk about shopping streets and big shopping centers. Actually shopping centers are not so popular in London, not like in Istanbul. They have more bazaars and shopping streets. Let's start!

Merhaba tatlışlar,
Londra'dan döneli yaklaşık iki hafta oldu. Bu kadar özleyeceğimi düşünmezdim hiç. Farkında olmadan çok sevmişim demek ki. Özellikle Paperchase ve Cath Kidston gibi Türkiye'de olmayan mağazaları çok özlüyorum. Bir de sanırım Accessories çünkü Londra'dakiler kadar geniş ürün yelpazesine sahip bir mağaza görmedim ben Türkiye'de. Neyse işte ben de alışverişle ilgili bir blog yazmaya karar verdim. Alışveriş sokakları ve büyük alışveriş mağazalarından bahsedicem.

Oxford Street

The most famous streets are Oxford Street, Regent's Street, Piccadily Circus and Covent Garden. There are also Camden Market and Portobello Road but these are mostly bazaars. Second hand and vintage products are being sold in Portobello Road. I am not so interested in second hand things but I loved this road so much! This is a must-see place in my opinion. Because of the location of my school, I walked in Oxford Street like every morning. There are flagship store of Topshop, Zara, Mango, Urban Outfitters, H&M, Forever 21, Accessories. Regent's Street and Oxford Street are connected and Piccadily Circus in end of the Regent's Street. Actually all of them are like a ring and once you have figured it out everything is getting easier. Covent Garden is above Piccadily Circus and middle of the musicals.

En ünlü sokaklar Oxford Street, Regent's Street, Piccadily Circus ve Covent Garden. Bir de Camden Market ve Portobello Road var ama bunlar daha çok açık hava pazarları. Portobello'da çoğunlukla ikinci el ürünler satılıyor zaten ama yine de gidip görülmesi gereken bir yer, çok otantikti :) Okulumun yeri dolayısıyla haftaiçi her sabah Oxford Street'te yürüyordum zaten. Topshop'ın flagship mağazası, Zara, Mango, Urban Outfitters, H&M, Forever 21, Accessories gibi mağazaların bir kaç şubesi bu sokakta mevcut. Regent's Street Oxford Street'in bir kolu gibi zaten ve Piccadily Circus'a bağlanıyor. Aslında hepsi içiçe, bir kere öğrendiniz mi her şey çok kolaylaşıyor. Covent Garden ise Piccadily'nin yukarısında, müzikallerin ortasında kalıyor.

Piccadily Circus

I think my favourite is Covent Garden. I discovered there so late and couldn't have been there as much as others. Besides, it was different from other streets somehow. If I go to London again, I will definetely visit Covent Garden at least once :)
There are also supermarkets and restaurants except clothing and accessories stores. Starbucks is in every corner, and you can always see Caffe Nero, Costa, Pret a Manger, EAT, Wasabi, Tesco, Sainsbury. I forgot to mention one of my favourite shop; Lola's Cupcake. Try Chocolate Heaven or Chocolate Hazelnut. Amaaaaazing cupcakes ^^ If you haven't been in London before, go, if you have been there you will probably go again :) Have a nice flight!

Covent Garden

Sanırım içlerinden en sevdiğim Covent Garden oldu, çünkü orayı geç keşfettik, çok az gidebildik ve diğerlerine göre bence daha sakin bir havası vardı, hoşuma gitmişti. Eğer bir daha gidersem Covent Garden'a mutlaka bir kaç kez gitmeye çalışıcam :) Kıyafet ve aksesuar mağazalarının yanı sıra bir çok market ve yemek mağazaları da var tabii bu sokaklarda. Starbucks hemen her köşede karşınızda, Caffe Nero, Costa, Pret a Manger, EAT, Wasabi, Tesco, Sainsbury her yerde görebileceğiniz mekanlar. Ayrıca Lola's Cupcake diye bir cupcakeçi var, kesinlikle gitmelisiniz. Chocolate Heaven veya Chocolate Hazelnut çeşidini deneyin! Haaaarikalar ^^ Şimdilik benden bu kadar, Londra'ya gitmemişseniz mutlaka gidin, gitmişseniz de zaten tekrar gidiceksinizdir :) İyi yolculuklar!
